Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

International Shipping:
We currently ship to selected international countries.

  • International Standard (7–21 business days): Calculated at checkout
    Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $30.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.


Shipping Issues

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order or made-to-order item, please note that the estimated shipping time will be listed on the product page. These items will ship separately if purchased with in-stock items.
